Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery (for dropshipping/store products).
- Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Custom or personalized products, bulk sourcing orders, and items already shipped cannot be returned unless defective.
Process for Returns

- Shipping: Ship the product back to the address provided. Use tracking services to ensure delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sourced orders already in production
- Perishable goods or consumables

- Membership fees after the first month
Damaged or Defective Items

- We may provide a replacement or a full refund depending on availability.
Membership & Service Returns
