Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery (for dropshipping/store products).
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Custom or personalized products, bulk sourcing orders, and items already shipped cannot be returned unless defective.

Process for Returns

  3. Shipping: Ship the product back to the address provided. Use tracking services to ensure delivery.

    • Approved returns will receive a refund or replacement.
    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs may be refunded if the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods or consumables
  • Digital products or downloadable resources
  • Membership fees after the first month

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We may provide a replacement or a full refund depending on availability.

Membership & Service Returns
