At isourcechina, we strive to provide high-quality sourcing services, products, and membership experiences. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to be transparent about our refund process.
Membership Subscription Refunds
- First Month Offer:
- Our $9.99 first month offer is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- To request a refund, contact our support team at admin@isourcechina.com with your account details.
- Recurring Membership ($29.99/month):
- After the first month, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the payment is processed.
- You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Failed Payment:
- If your payment fails, your access to the membership dashboard will be temporarily restricted until payment is resolved.
- No retroactive refunds are provided for access lost due to failed or delayed payments.
Product & Sourcing Refunds
a. Dropshipping / Store Products
- We aim to deliver high-quality products to your door.
- If a product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided after verification.
- Shipping costs for returns may be covered by isourcechina if the issue is our responsibility.
b. Sourcing Requests & Custom Orders
- For custom-sourced products or bulk orders arranged by our agents:
- Refunds are not guaranteed after the factory begins production.
- Partial refunds may be offered if a product is canceled before production starts.
- Quality inspection reports are provided before shipment to minimize risk.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact isourcechina Support atadmin@isourcechina.com.
- Include:
- Membership / Order ID
- Reason for refund
- Supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, or order confirmation)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
